Description

The old farmhouse, with courtyard of 1,710 square meters, has been restored with the policy of maintaining both the type and original materials, but making the structure earthquake resistant (works by underpinning, resurfacing floors, complete static consolidation and conservative restoration of the external face) using fine finishes (chestnut wood beams, floors in brick vaults, stone coverings, ancient artigianal doors restored, stone external paving, flexible plant predisposition for one, two or four building units).
